"rock my socks"My ex always said i rocked her socks  i now realize she was jealous i rocked MY socks  all the way up to the top of the ankle and halfway up the shin  and that’s no metaphor my friend   
i am that fruit of the loom king  sometimes covered by my jeans  but still with shorts drawing attention causing a scene  they say “socks don’t go that high”  but how far up i hike them is not up to them to decide "rock my socks"

people get married....i have found a new respect for members of the universe who get married. i would like to know how this is possible. the big box of binary in my skull simply does not compute this.   
my newfound friend amy dumped her boyfriend, and cried her eyeballs out. luckily our friend scott was there to give the "you're better than what he deserves" routine, and that made her feel better. she said he didn't have any special charachteristic about him that made her like him more, and i guess that makes things better for her.   
i was "in love" for a year and when that suddenly fell apart i wanted to die. however, THERE ARE POEPLE WHO GE people get married....

poets are taken too seriouslyI stare down the barrel of my weapon of choice  wondering what would happen if i cocked the trigger to one side  when the chamber would be released all of life’s problems would go away   
no more heartache or second guessing  debts, hate, holiday pressure all gone  someday people may mourn for me but that’s highly doubtful   
closing one eye, i stick the barrel into the light to find out if i could see what was inside the shaft  seeing it was fully loaded i stuck it to my mouth and squeezed like i had seen in the movies  and as the easy cheese from the kraft bottle flew into my mouth, life was poets are taken too seriously

bet they thought i was following them. however, i wasn't.

saw them in the ark, and i minded my own damn buisness, however hard it was not to look twice. even though i was thinking about it for the next 20 minutes. by the time i figured "they should be gone now" i had way too much energy, and didn't want to sit anymore, so i went out. didn't go past the library. DIDN'T GO PAST THE LIBRARY. went the back way instead, and what to i see? yes.

they were walking to wherever, and i got frusterated to the point i said "what the fuck?!?" a little too loud and headed the other way. needed to pick one way or another. probably chose the wrong way, and didn't go in the opposite direction, and saw them going perpindicular to me. at that point i took off emotionally and physically once they (or rather i) got out of sight.

later that day i figured out they were going to the school. stupid me.

but i did alright... i think.
